Pete & Bob
Born and raised in Scranton, Pete and Bob Ventura combine sixty-nine years in the Texas wiener business. Both started out as bus boys, then waiters and finally cooks under the watchful eye of their father and grandfather. Pete became a master wiener maker along with his rice pudding and Chili-con-carne. Bob, a master chili sauce, soup and hamburger maker.
Using the same spices, the same spice company and the same ingredients as our forefathers, Bob's sauce has been enjoyed by our customers for over three decades. His meatball style hamburger patties are legendary. No fast food burgers here, after Bob fries them, he marinates them in a special chili sauce before they are served. The taste is unbeatable!
Pete puts it all together at the grill, (while talking baseball) putting on a show as he lines wieners on his arm and adds the toppings! They're a team that can't be beat!
