This is the secret to how we chop our Spanish onions to perfection! When Pete was attending Scranton Technical High School the motor went on this old classic. Pete took it to the electric shop at the school and with the help of his classmates, rewired all electric parts and brought it back to life. That was 34 years ago and it still is going strong!
Note the 'S' shaped blade. That is the way they built food processors in the old days!
